Yes. We plan these events around vehicle access and loading times, use compact equipment where trucks can't reach, and agree the schedule and sound levels with the venue in advance.

Usually the same day for standard rentals, when the equipment is available. For full productions we schedule setup a day ahead so everything is tested before guests arrive.
