We rent LED walls for conferences, concerts, festivals and weddings — over 100 m² of our own indoor and outdoor panels, built to the size you need and run by our own video crew. Every wall comes with Novastar processing, playback and an operator, so the screen just works on the day.
Indoor P2.6 and outdoor P2.9 LED walls
Our stock is over 100 m² of APG panels in two types. The P2.6 indoor panels are GOB-protected, run at 1,500 nits with a 7,680 Hz refresh rate (flicker-free on camera) and have curve and corner locks for curved and wrap-around walls. The P2.9 outdoor panels are waterproof and reach 6,000 nits, bright enough for daylight and open-air stages. For larger walls or other pitches, we source and build any size you need.

Processors, switchers, media servers — and the people to run them
A great wall needs the right signal chain. We drive our walls with Novastar COEX series processors, switch between laptops, cameras and playback on seamless switchers with no black frames, and run content from media servers. A video operator stays with the wall for the whole event: presentations, walk-in loops, live camera feeds and show content on cue.

Flown, stacked, curved or cornered
Our crew plans the wall with the venue — size, weight, power and how it is supported — then flies it from truss and ground support or stacks it on the ground. It doesn't have to be a flat rectangle: we build curves, corners, columns and other creative shapes. Outdoors we plan for wind and rain; indoors we work around ceiling heights, load-in routes and set times. See our rigging and staging inventory.

What size and pitch do you need?
As a rule of thumb, the closest viewers should sit at least as many metres away as the pixel pitch in millimetres — about 3 m for P2.6 or P2.9. Typical walls we build:
Meeting room · 3 × 2 m
6 m² of P2.6 indoor, 1,152 × 768 pixels. Presentations and video for up to about 100 guests.
Conference stage · 6 × 3.5 m
21 m² of P2.6 indoor, 2,304 × 1,344 pixels. Hotel ballrooms and conventions for 200–500 people.
Concert backdrop · 8 × 4.5 m
36 m² of P2.9 outdoor, 2,688 × 1,512 pixels. Open-air stages, squares and festivals.
Large shows · 45–90 m²
Wide or multi-screen builds like RAC 2025 (45 m²) and LEX in Chania (90 m²). Bigger on request.

We own the panels, processors and rigging, and our crew builds and runs every wall. That means fewer subcontractors, fixed setup plans and one team responsible from the first site visit to load-out. We work from Chania across Crete, in Athens and anywhere in Greece.

For indoor events where people sit close — conferences, presentations, ballrooms — choose P2.6. For outdoor stages and anywhere the wall faces daylight, choose P2.9 outdoor panels: they are waterproof and much brighter. We recommend the right panel once we know the venue and the viewing distance.

Yes. Our P2.9 outdoor panels are waterproof and reach 6,000 nits, so content stays visible in daylight. We plan outdoor builds for wind and weather and agree a weather plan with you in advance.

Yes. We fly walls from truss and ground support or stack them on the ground, depending on the venue. Walls can also be curved, wrapped around corners or split into columns and other creative shapes; we plan the layout and rigging with you.

Yes. Every LED wall comes with processing, a switcher or media server as needed, and a video operator who runs presentations, camera feeds and show content for the whole event.

Send presentations as PowerPoint, Keynote or PDF, and video as MP4 (H.264 or H.265). We give you the exact wall resolution after the design, so content can be made to fit pixel-perfect.

Our own stock is over 100 m², and we have built walls up to 90 m² for a single show. For larger walls, other pitches or special shapes, we source additional panels and build them with our crew.
