The date, the venue or town, the number of guests, the type of event and a rough programme. Photos or a floor plan of the venue help, and so does your budget if you have one in mind.

Usually within one business day. In high season, or for large productions that need a site visit, we'll tell you when to expect it.

Yes. You'll see the equipment, transport, setup and technicians as separate lines, so it's easy to compare and adjust.

For weddings at villas, outdoor events and larger productions we prefer to see the venue or receive photos and dimensions. For standard rentals it isn't needed.

Once you accept the quote, we confirm the date in writing and agree the setup times with you and the venue.
